Delta-8 THC is a cannabinoid naturally present in hemp in very small amounts. The Delta-8 used in our products is derived from federally compliant hemp (≤0.3% Δ9-THC by dry weight) through a legal extraction and conversion process. It produces a milder psychoactive effect than Delta-9 and is regulated under the 2018 Farm Bill at the federal level.

At the federal level, hemp-derived Delta-8 is legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. However, several states restrict or ban it. We do not ship to restricted states — see our Compliance page for the current state-by-state list.

Delta-9 is the primary psychoactive cannabinoid in cannabis and typically the strongest. Delta-8 is about 60–70% as potent as Delta-9 and tends to produce a clearer-headed experience. HHC (hexahydrocannabinol) is a hydrogenated cannabinoid with a more stable chemical structure and effects often described as between Delta-8 and Delta-9.

If you’re new to hemp-derived THC, start low: a 10mg gummy, half a gummy, or a 1–2 second draw from a vape. Wait 60–90 minutes for edibles, 10–15 minutes for vapes and flower, before redosing. You can always take more. You can’t take less.

Yes. Standard drug tests look for THC metabolites and cannot distinguish between Delta-8, Delta-9, HHC, or other forms. If you are subject to testing for employment or legal reasons, do not use our products.
