Before you write
Most questions are already answered on our FAQ page — shipping times, return process, lab testing, age requirements, and more. It’s the fastest route to an answer.
If you’re writing about:
- An order — include the order number (e.g. #12345).
- Shipping status — include the tracking number and the date you ordered.
- A return — include the order number and what you’d like to return and why. We’ll reply with an RMA.
- A product question — include the product name and the specific question (potency, ingredients, effects, pairings).
- A lab report — include the batch number printed on your product label.
- Wholesale — include your business name, state, and approximate monthly volume.
