We sell the hemp products we'd want to buy.
Clean labels, third-party lab reports on every batch, prices that don't insult you, shipping that actually shows up. That's the whole pitch.
Why we started
Hemp-derived THC has been federally legal since 2018. In the years since, the market has split into two camps:
On one side, big retail chains that slap bright labels on cheap gummies, hide lab reports, and mark up flower 400% because “premium” sounds expensive. On the other side, a smaller group of brands who treat this like the adult consumer market it is — accurate labels, current COAs, responsive support, reasonable pricing.
We’re trying to be the second kind. D8 Online Store is a small team that sources federally compliant hemp products, tests every batch through ISO-17025 accredited labs, publishes every lab report by batch number, and ships discreet, tracked, signed-for, and fast. No upsells. No fake urgency timers. No subscription dark patterns.

What we actually sell
Gummies & edibles
Delta-8, Delta-9, and blended hemp-derived THC gummies. Sugar-coated, full-spectrum or isolate, 10mg to 50mg per piece. Made by US manufacturers we’ve vetted and audited.
Flower & pre-rolls
Indoor and greenhouse hemp flower, high-CBD and CBG strains, Delta-8-infused options. Always below the federal 0.3% Δ9 threshold, always batch-tested.
Vapes & carts
Disposables and 510-thread cartridges. No vitamin E acetate, no synthetic diluents, no mystery terpenes. Hardware sourced from US and vetted Asia-Pacific suppliers.
Drinks & tinctures
Fast-acting nano-emulsion drinks and traditional MCT-based tinctures. Useful for discreet dosing and non-smoking consumption.
How we source and test
Farm to shelf
Our hemp is grown on licensed farms in Kentucky and Oregon under state and USDA oversight. From harvest through extraction, concentrate, and final product, every batch carries a chain-of-custody record.
Every batch, ISO-17025 labs
No exceptions. Every batch we sell is independently tested by an ISO-17025 accredited laboratory for:
- Potency of all major cannabinoids (Δ9-THC, Δ8-THC, CBD, CBG, CBN, THCV, HHC where applicable)
- Residual solvents
- Pesticides and heavy metals
- Microbial contaminants (yeast, mold, E. coli, Salmonella)
- Moisture content on flower
Every COA is published by batch number on our COA page and the batch number is printed on your product label. If you can’t match a label to a report, don’t buy the product.

How we think about compliance
Hemp-derived THC is a regulated product. We treat it that way.
- Federal: every product is derived from hemp as defined in the 2018 Farm Bill — ≤0.3% Δ9-THC by dry weight. See the COA for each batch.
- State: we do not ship to states that restrict or ban hemp-derived cannabinoids. The current list is on our Compliance page and updated whenever a state changes its laws.
- Age: 21+ only. We use a third-party age verification system at checkout and require adult signature on delivery. No exceptions.
- Future changes: a federal rule scheduled for late 2026 will add a per-container total-THC cap. We are adjusting our line ahead of that rule and will communicate any product changes clearly to customers.
What we don't do
- We don’t make medical claims. Hemp cannabinoids are not FDA-approved drugs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you want something specific to happen in your body, talk to a doctor.
- We don’t sell to minors. Ever.
- We don’t use fake urgency. No “only 2 left” counters, no spinning discount wheels, no recovery-coupon spam.
- We don’t sell your data. We share what’s required with payment processors and shipping carriers. That’s it.
- We don’t paywall our lab reports. Every COA is public, always.
