How fast you'll receive it
Handling time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or on US federal holidays ship the next business day. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the label is created.
Transit time
Most customers receive their package in 2–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage from our Kentucky fulfillment center. Expedited USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days after handling) is available at checkout for an additional fee.
What “business day” means
USPS counts Monday through Saturday as business days in most cases. Transit times exclude Sundays and federal holidays. Tracking may show “Label Created” for 12–24 hours after we print the label before the carrier physically scans the package — that’s normal.

Free — orders $75 and over (subtotal after discounts, before tax).
$6.95 — flat-rate USPS Ground Advantage on orders under $75.
$14.95 — flat-rate USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days in transit) on any order.
No hidden fees
We don’t add hazmat, handling, or “fulfillment” surcharges. The rate you see at checkout is the rate you pay. Applicable sales tax is calculated by state and shown before you confirm.

Continental United States only. No APO/FPO boxes, no international, no Puerto Rico or US territories at this time.

Due to state-level restrictions on hemp-derived cannabinoids, we do not currently ship to the following:

If this list changes, it’s because state law has changed. Check our Compliance page for the most current information and a brief explanation of each state’s position. Placing an order from a restricted state will result in automatic cancellation and a full refund.
Packaging & privacy
Every order ships in a plain corrugated box with no branding, no product names, and no descriptors on the outside. Return address is a neutral business name in Kentucky. Nothing on the package identifies the contents as hemp products.
Adult signature required
All orders require a signature from an adult 21 or older at delivery. If no one is available, USPS will leave a notice and re-attempt delivery up to two more times before returning to sender. Packages may also be picked up at your local post office with a valid ID.
Heat-sensitive products
During peak summer months (June–August) gummies may arrive soft. Once refrigerated for 30 minutes they firm back up and are fully potent. For extreme climates, we recommend Priority Mail to shorten transit time.
Tracking, delays & lost packages
Track your order
Use the tracking number in your shipment confirmation email, or visit our Order Tracking page. Most tracking milestones update within 12 hours of the physical scan.
If your package is late
USPS considers a package delayed after 4 business days without a scan update. If your package hits that threshold, contact us and we’ll open a carrier investigation on your behalf. Most delayed packages arrive within another 48–72 hours.
If your package is lost
If USPS declares a package officially lost, we ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice. We cover it on our end.
Wrong address
Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Double-check shipping details at checkout. If you catch a mistake before the order ships, contact us immediately and we’ll fix it.
