Unopened products are returnable for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or wrong items? We cover it. No restocking fees, ever.
The short version
- Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and compliance reasons.
- Damaged, defective, or wrong items are replaced or refunded at our expense within 48 hours of delivery.
- No restocking fees. Refunds go to the original payment method within 3 business days of receipt.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or shipped in error — in which case we pay.
How to start a return
Step 1 — Request an RMA
Email our support team within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for return. We’ll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
Step 2 — Ship the product back
Pack the unopened product in its original packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship via a trackable method (USPS tracked, UPS, or FedEx). Keep the tracking number until the refund clears.
Step 3 — Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the return (usually within 2 business days of delivery), we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may take 3–5 additional business days to post it to your statement.
Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed. Please request one before shipping anything back.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or the product is defective, you are covered — no questions asked.
Within 48 hours of delivery
Take a clear photo of the outer packaging, the damaged item, and your order slip. Email them to us through the Contact page with your order number. We will:
- Ship a replacement at no charge, or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Your choice. You do not need to return the damaged item in most cases — we’ll tell you if a return is required before issuing the replacement.
Wrong product received
Same process. Send a photo of what you received along with your order number, and we’ll ship the correct item at our expense. You’ll have the right product within 2–5 business days.
What we cannot accept
For safety, hygiene, and federal compliance, we cannot accept returns on:
- Any product with a broken seal or opened packaging
- Vapes, vape cartridges, or disposables that have been activated or used
- Flower or pre-rolls that have been removed from sealed mylar
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Products without an RMA number
- Products damaged after delivery by the customer or a third party
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out first — we’d rather answer the question than have you ship something back that can’t be processed.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of us receiving the returned item. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank:
- Credit card — typically 3–5 business days
- Debit card — up to 10 business days, depending on the issuing bank
- ACH / bank transfer — 3–5 business days
If it’s been more than 10 business days since we confirmed the refund and you still don’t see it, contact your bank first (refunds can show up as pending or reversed charges), then reach us and we’ll send the transaction reference.
COA discrepancies
If you believe a product’s Certificate of Analysis does not match the label (e.g. potency, ingredients, contaminants), that’s not a standard return — we treat it as a quality complaint and investigate immediately.
Contact us with the batch number, a photo of the product label, and a description of the issue. We will pull the lab report, investigate on our end, and respond within 1 business day. If there is a confirmed discrepancy we will:
- Issue a full refund or replacement, your choice
- Quarantine the affected batch pending re-testing
- Cover any reasonable return shipping costs
