Refund and Return Policy
At d8onlinestore, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of merchandise in its original, sealed, and unused condition within 14 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please contact our support team via email at info@d8onlinestore.com. To help us assist you faster, please include the following details in your message:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Reason for the return
- Style number and size of the item
Please Note: All returns must be authorized. You will receive a Return Authorization (RMA) email from us; we cannot accept or process any packages sent without this prior approval.
Shipping & Handling for Returns
- Carrier Selection: We recommend using a shipping service with package tracking, as d8onlinestore is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
- Packaging: Returns must be shipped in a bubble mailer or a sturdy box. Standard paper envelopes are insufficient for protecting small parts and may result in damaged or lost items.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is prepaid by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. We do not accept "collect" shipments.
- Restocking Fee: All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Method: All authorized freight returns must be shipped via "Ground" service only.
Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
To maintain quality and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products delivered more than 14 days ago.
- Items not purchased directly from d8onlinestore.com.
- Free promotional goods or items marked as "Final Sale" / "Non-Returnable."
- Products seized or denied by Domestic or International Customs.
- Items with broken seals, opened packaging, or signs of use.
- Products damaged by improper handling, heat, fire, or smoke.
Important Notice regarding 7-Hydroxy Products: Please be advised that all 7-hydroxy products have been discontinued from our inventory. Consequently, these items are strictly non-refundable and ineligible for return under any circumstances.
Credits and Reimbursements
Once your return is processed, please allow up to 30 business days for your credit to be issued.
- Store Credit Only: We do not offer cash payouts for returns; all refunds are issued as store credit.
- Defective Products: If a product is verified as defective, we will issue a credit for the associated shipping charges.
- Incomplete Returns: Unauthorized or incomplete returns, as well as those with postage due, will be refused and sent back to the sender.
